Eine Suche im Bereich vermuteter oder stattgehabter Straftaten darf daher nur auf direkte Anforderung und Anordnung der Exekutive erfolgen. Generell ist zu beachten, dass beim Fund einer Leiche oder Teile einer Leiche sofort die Polizei hinzuzuziehen ist.
